Refund Policy

Our policy

All license purchases are final and non-refundable. We don't offer refunds for unused time, change of mind, or any other reason once a purchase is complete.

Why we don't offer refunds

Every license purchase is preceded by a 14-day free trial with full access to Alerts, streaks, and nudges, before you're ever charged. That trial exists so you can fully evaluate everything and decide whether it's worth it before paying — so we ask you to use it, rather than buy first and ask for a refund after.

Billing errors

The one exception: if you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge that doesn't match what our payment processor's records show — contact us and we'll investigate and correct it.
